The Board of Directors is responsible for the strategic direction of Morshead Home ensuring corporate governance is effective and incorporates the oversight of the accountability framework requirements for residential aged care facilities. All Board Directors participate as Committee Members covering areas of Quality of Care, Compliance and Governance, Investment and Growth, Human Resources, Finance and Auditing.
