Established in February 2003, the Morshead Home Family Day Care Centre was set up to cater for the needs of staff at the Home. The Centre accepts children from 6 months (or younger if parents are on the premises) providing:

A safe and home-like environment
Individual care and attention
Child development
Anti-discrimination
Encouragement of child-elder relationships
