Community Care

Morshead Home is an approved provider of packaged care. Packages  provide an ‘at home’ care alternative for people whose dependency and complex care needs would normally qualify them for entry into a residential facility. Packages are individually tailored and can include personal and/or domestic assistance and wellness and lifestyle services.

Our care packages range from low level assistance to high level and hugh level demeentia care. Services may include personal care, meals, domestic assistance, transport, shopping, social outings and medication management.
